Anyone! The workshops are geared toward speaking and singing voice folx, but anyone with interest in exploring these modalities in a safe space is welcome to attend.

You will need two lacrosse balls, a large blanket, and a space that you feel safe and comfortable moving around in. We will spend a bit of time on the floor so be sure your space is large enough to lay down in.

Of course not! The faculty are here to guide you through an immersive, safe experience. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive environment. Although some of the class offerings require movement, we are extraordinarily accommodating to those in need of adjustments. We send a questionnaire with inquiries of your individual needs roughly a week before the start of the workshop.

Techniques will allow participants the opportunity to manage muscular and fascial inflexibility that may currently be problematic in their singing or speaking.
Fine-tuning body mechanics will assist in working smarter and safer, while providing a clear understanding of alignment patterns that can effect phonation.
